Shipping

Upon receipt of your payment we aim to dispatch your order within one working day. In the event that tracking details are available for your item, they will be sent to you once the item has been dispatched. Please ensure that your delivery address and contact is correct when placing an order.

NOTE: In the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances that cause delays to your shipment, we will contact you as soon as possible.

We aim to dispatch your item on the same working day if your order is placed before 12 pm or the next working day if you order your item after 12 pm. (Some out of area orders may take longer to reach you). Most orders will reach you within 2-3 working days. Some items are special order items so might take a few more days to reach you. We will let you know if this is the case.

All our items are delivered by couriers (Hermes, Royal Mail, DPD, etc.). Items will be delivered in good faith and swiftly to your door. These couriers have an excellent track record and should safely delivery your goods.

Returns and Refunds

We strive to do our best to ensure that the item you receive is complete. If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your product(s) and wish to return the item within 30 days, please ensure the item is undamaged/used and is in its original packaging. Prior to returning an item please contact us.

We aim to process refunds within 7 working days as long as the item is undamaged and in a resalable condition.
