Payment

We accept PayPal payments. A PayPal account is not required to make payments via PayPal, you can use any debit or credit card and pay directly into PayPal.

Shipping

Upon receipt of your payment we aim to dispatch your order within one working day. In the event that tracking details are available for your item, they will be sent to you once the item has been dispatched. Please ensure that your delivery address and contact is correct when placing an order.

NOTE: In the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances that cause delays to your shipment, we will contact you as soon as possible.

We aim to dispatch your item on the same working day if your order is placed before 12 pm or the next working day if you order your item after 12 pm. (Some out of area orders may take longer to reach you). Most orders will reach you within 2-3 working days. Some items are special order items so might take a few more days to reach you. We will let you know if this is the case.

Contact us for international postage costs with your orde.

All our items are delivered by couriers (Hermes, Royal Mail, DPD, etc.). Items will be delivered in good faith and swiftly to your door. These couriers have an excellent track record and should safely delivery your goods.

Free delivery is offered to UK mainland*. *This does not cover the whole of the UK. The areas we do not cover: *Scottish Highlands and Islands of Scotland - HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-78, PH, ZE. *Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly - BT, IM, TR21-25

We apologise that we do not deliver to these addresses with free delivery. Contact us if you would like an item delivered to one of these postcodes. There will be an extra surcharge.

Returns and Refunds

We strive to do our best to ensure that the item you receive is complete. If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your product(s) and wish to return the item within 30 days, please ensure the item is undamaged/used and is in its original packaging. Prior to returning an item please contact us.

PLEASE MARK YOUR ITEM WITH YOUR: Name, Order & contact number.

We aim to process refunds within 7 working days as long as the item is undamaged and in a resalable condition.

BUYER MUST PAY RETURN POSTAGE COST

Any damaged items please contact us within 24 hours so we can raise any claims with our courier.
